The logos used by most manufacturers on the LED wristbands are made of stickers. But logos stickers come with many disadvantages. They are easily damaged and can be easily torn off by the audience.
At GFLAI, we use screen printing and UV printing to print the logo to overcome these shortcomings and ensure the texture and adhesion on the surfaces of the bracelets.
But What Are They? And What Are They Featuring?
Silk Screen Printing
(Suitable for single color logos and simple logos)
The screen printing plate is made by manual engraving of paint film or photochemical plate making. Through the extrusion of the scraper, the ink is transferred to the substrate through the mesh of the graphic part, forming the same graphic as the original.
UV Printing
(Suitable for full color logos and simple logos)
It is a printing process that dries and cures ink by ultraviolet light. It needs to match the ink containing photosensitizer with UV curing lamp.
